Return / Exchange Policy
We will accept any of our items back in return for an exchange or return within the 21 day time limit from the time the package is shipped from our store according to the delivery confirmation printed on the shipping label. After the 21 days have expired, we will not accept a return or exchange for any reason. All items must be unused, unworn, in brand new condition, and able to be sold at full retail value.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the items purchase price and shipping fees are not refundable. On exchanges, the customer will be given a store credit for the amount of the restocking fee for future purchase.
To request a return or exchange for an item, please contact us at our email address at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a return / exchange code in the email that must be sent back to us along with the order invoice email that was sent to you at the time of checkout. Please include both of these in your return or exchange. If either of these are not included in the return package, the return or exchange will not be accepted and the package will be returned. Any refused item that does not include both the invoice or return / exchange code is subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.
On return or exchanges, we strongly encourage the customer to get the delivery confirmation for their return carrier. The delivery confirmation will show the details of your package including delivery date. We feel that insurance is optional, but a good idea in case the package is lost in transit. The carrier will reimburse you in case the package doesn't arrive. The T-Shirt Bin is not responsible for any item that is lost in transit. If you have questions
