After the initial change of Banner to the Hulk, the Hulk is at a huge disadvantage. Not only is he not as strong as Superman, but he is much slower. This will be the time for Superman to strike and finish him. We don't think
Superman's heat vision or cold breath is enough to kill the Hulk. After pounding on him for a while, the Hulk grows stronger and stronger. The Hulk's strength finally eclipses that of the man of steel and as the Hulk loves to say
HULK SMASH!
